Tech Support Mode has been disabled by the administrator esxi 4.1

To enable local TSM from the vSphere Client:

1. Log on to host esxi with vSphere Client

2. Select Configuration tab

3.  Click Security profile > Properties.

4. Click Local Tech Support and click Options.


5. Choose the service command to Start, then click OK.



Now, type user root and password


5. Enter the command exit to exit Tech Support Mode.

6. Press Alt+F2 to return the server to DCUI mode.
