Before I have problem to sync my Phone to get license KES. Evidently this issue if you policy license is unlock.

The solution, you must lock Configuration Policy License. When I tried to Sychonize again, Now My Phone get key from server.

In here I have problem status update Databases are obsolete in client and from Admin kit Databases are Outdated

I can solve that problem with push reinstall antivirus throught Administration Server(admin kit), in task reinstall antivirus make sure to Uncheck “Do not install aplication if it is already installed”

The default Kaspersky Block Remote Desktop network activity, if you want to Allow you change Action to Allow, Direction Inbound/Outbound (external can remote), Remote ports 3389, Local Port 3389, Address Any (you can specified network can access)
